Cancellation Before Delivery
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched for delivery, please contact us immediately at +44 20 7946 0958. If your order has not been sent to our kitchen for preparation, we will cancel it and process a full refund in £.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Order: If you receive food that is different from your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that you've received the incorrect food. You may come to pick up the correct food or request a refund. The incorrect item must be returned in the original container within a reasonable time for a full refund.
- Unsatisfactory Food: We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Please call us immediately if any food does not meet your satisfaction and we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
- Missing Item: In the rare case that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, we will make it up to you. Please call us as soon as you notice that any item you paid for not received. You may come to pick up the missing item or request a refund for the missed item.
Process for Requesting Refunds
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Non-refundable Items
